Drop off the items at any Goodwill donation location. Visit our locations bar below to find your closest donation center.

First, Goodwill employees sort the donated items. Then items are sold at Goodwill retail stores or online at our ShopGoodwill website. Items not sold are recycled.

There are items we cannot sell or recycle. Goodwill will not accept those items because we must pay for disposal. Click here for a list of items we cannot accept. 

Anyone looking for quality merchandise at low prices can shop at Goodwill. Some people shop at Goodwill stores out of need, but others visit in search of treasures. You never know what you find at Goodwill! 

Exchanges are limited to clothing, shoes, and electronics only.

All items for exchange must have the original barcoded price tag attached and must be accompanied by the receipt(s).

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase date.

Store credit will be issued for all exchanged items. Store credit is valid for 7 days from date of issue and can be redeemed at all Goodwill Industries of the Valleys retail locations.

No refunds will be issued.
