Mission Services Programs
Medicaid Waiver Services
Pre-vocational services for individuals with severe mental, emotional and physical disabilities that encourage independence through self-care skills, goal setting and community integration activities.
Employment Planning
Work-related behaviors, job skills and employment barriers are assessed to identify needs and establish goals.
Employee Development
Comprehensive training to develop or reestablish work-related behaviors and job skills appropriate for the work environment.
Organizational Employment Individuals who have demonstrated the interest and ability to maintain employment while receiving supportive services are provided paid and unpaid work activities at a Goodwill work center, or in an integrated community setting with a Goodwill work crew. The goal is to improve productivity, wages and competitive work skills.
Community Employment
A competitive employment program that includes training, intervention and ongoing support for individuals placed with a community-based employer.
Workforce Investment Act Title I Youth Services
At-risk, income eligible youth receive basic education, skills training, work experience and other supportive services.
Workforce Investment Act Title I Adult Services
Income eligible adults who have been unable to obtain employment or are employed but need help to improve employment opportunities receive job search and placement assistance, career planning, skills training and other supportive services.

Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP)
A job training program for income eligible adults, age 55 and older. The older workers will be placed in community service training positions to develop skills to obtain competitive employment.
